The quote tool

The quote form requests gender, birthdate, your self-rated health, tobacco use, the coverage amount, and the desired term. Those answers go to the quoting service that returns carrier rates and are not kept by this website. No personal name, address, phone, or email goes to the quoting service. Identical repeat requests may pull from a short-lived cache to avoid redundant quoting service calls.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers prefill the application form running on the carriers' secure platform, where you'll see their privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), manages the application handling.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email address, an optional phone, your preferred contact method, a subject line and your message. The form delivers it by email to the agency, using your email as the return address. This website retains no copy, no submissions log, and no record of message text. A quick anti-abuse check runs client-side before the form sends.

Measurement

We measure page views using cookieless, first-party tracking served from this domain. No cookies or tracking pixels are left in your browser; the last two octets of your IP address are masked before storage; referring page query strings are stripped out; detailed visit records are deleted every 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected and stop all tracking.

What we do not do

This website does not sell or rent personal information, does not use ad-tracking networks, and does not pull in third-party analytics. The only external code on this site is the application platform on the application page itself, which only loads if you visit that page.
